  • When will my recent order be posted?

  • Can I return my order if I'm not completely satisfied with it?
    In the event that a product is faulty or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. For a complete refund, you have 14 days to mail the product back to us at your own cost. After we receive the returned item, you will receive a refund for the amount of the product returned. Please provide your name and order number within the package of the returned item. Please take note that you must wait for the package to be returned before you will be entitled to a refund.
  • What should I do if I input the wrong address?
    Reply to your order confirmation email to confirm any inaccurate addresses that were typed in accidentally or due to autofill. We can update the address provided the item has not been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, there will be no refund for incorrect address input.
